Scrooser: The Scooter That Thinks It's A Motorbike

Ok, grown men and scooters don't mix well. There are few things more irritating than an overgrown Nathan Barley bashing into your heels halfway down Oxford Street on a plank of wood with wheels.

But that doesn't stop this new scooter spin-off from Germany, the oddly-named Scrooser, catching our eye. Built around a small electric motor in its wheel hub, you can scoot and glide at speeds up to 15mph, with tyres that will give cyclists something to think about as well.

So, if you don't drive, get bored of walking, dislike buses and trains, think cycling is too dangerous and don't feel stupid on an adult scooter, this is the transport for you.
