We thought using an iPod armband in the gym was excessive. We were wrong.

Tattoo artist Dave Hurban was tired of wearing a wristband for his iPod nano. Fair enough, those things are fiddly. So Hurban went off and did what most people don't even drunkenly talk about - surgically implanting four magnets into his wrist to keep his Nano perfectly in place.

It's a bold idea, but we can't help wondering if Hurban would have been better off just looking for bigger pockets in his next pair of jeans. To paraphrase the great philosopher Meatloaf, we'd do anything for music, but we won't do that.
