How do you make sure you look good in photos without coming across all Zoolander? We asked an expert.

“The angle is usually what people get wrong," says Ryan Frost, Men’s New Faces Booker at Models1. "New models tend to raise their chin up and you see right up their nostrils.

"Instead, lower your chin, but not so much that you give yourself a few more chins, and maybe turn your head slightly to the left or right, depending on what side you feel most comfortable with.

"Keep your eyes wide open, not squinty - you want to look wide awake and fresh, even if you’re not. The most important thing, though is to relax. If you look tense it will show in the picture.”
