Cinemagram is the new app that allows users to create gifs on their phone using some fancy fingerwork.
It combines the whole social media aspect that's par for the course these days, creating an Instagram-esque experience. Like any nascent social network, it's a little thin on the ground right now, all rain soaked windows, 'arty' pictures of apples and annoying looking teenagers.
