For fifteen years, Italian watchmakers U-boat have been producing bold, oversized and very masculine timepieces with an emphasis on functionality.

Now, they’re bringing the same design aesthetic to the most manly accessory of them all (or the clearest sign of a mid-life crisis, depending on your viewpoint) with the ‘Venenum’ model motrobike.

Designed in collaboration with Triumph customiser Dino Romano (and using a Triumph Rocket III chassis as a base), the bike is limited to 100 units with each hand-finished in Tuscany, including custom engravings.

Visually, the Venenum looks perfect for tearing through the deserted streets of the apocalypse, with a shotgun (or crossbow) strapped to your leather jacket while chewing grimly on a toothpick.

We’re not suggesting the world has to end for you to enjoy it, though – it’d also look cool driving around East Putney – but the 160 horse power engine and three cylinder 140 Cu.in engine demands you have a bit of fun with it.

Size-wise the bike boasts a wheelbase of 66.7 inches, with a length of 97.6 inches and 595lbs total weight – all of which means its the perfect machine to keep your mind occupied until the Terminator and Mad Max reboots arrive this summer.

The model above was customised for Azerbaijani crooner Emin. Models available from £56,000, uboatwatch.com
