We talk about the sex. We talk about the violence. But do we talk enough about about the hair?

Not according to Adam Brady of London barbers Ruffians, who has combined his grooming knowledge with his love of Westeros to bring you this guide to Game Of Thrones' best and worst do's.

Daario Naharis

His handsome and rugged appearance, combined with his undisciplined nature, are reflected in his mid-length messy hair and well-groomed beard. It's actually so on trend I'm not convinced that he doesn't usually work from an artist's studio in Hackney Wick.

Tormund Giantsbane

Wildling by mane, Wildling by nature. His massive beard may be a bit off key for the Summer, but his wavy, textured hair is a certainly something he can show off to the miserable, lank haired bunch at Castle Black.

Brienne of Tarth

Often recognised for doing 'man' things better than most men – this translates to her haircut as well. One of the better hairstyles on the show, Brienne's casual sweep back look can weather the harshest of the North's elements. After blowdrying.

Samwell Tarly

Never the most popular man of the Night's Watch, this season Samwell is sporting an on-trend fringe with tousled locks framing his face nicely.

Bran Stark

We didn't see Bran Stark for a couple of seasons, but that's probably because he was working LC:M AW/SS '16. The cropped fringe that we see during the flashbacks is certainly a step up from his Medieval like locks we get in real time. Perhaps he should take a trip down memory lane a bit more often.

Ramsay Bolton

Psychopathic? Maybe. Stylish? Certainly. The wet look finish to Ramsay's hair is something to note, as it's going to be a key trend this Summer. Too bad that in Westeros Winter is coming.

Walder Frey

No-one has ever liked him, and he sported one of the lankest mullets ever televised. Goodbye to one of the shabbiest hair pieces the show has seen.

Littlefinger

Seeing Petyr Baelish in Episode 4 was like seeing an old friend from school: it left us half charmed, half uncomfortable but mainly amazed at how grey his hair has become in so few years. However, he pulls it off well, with a short, tight back and sides and textured crop on top. Looks like he's been taking sage advice from his little birds in the capital.

Theon Greyjoy

Looking shaggier than ever (and actually looking a bit like our favourite 70s detective, Shaggy), Theon has finally escaped the clutches of his sadistic master. Let's hope he doesn't get into anymore hairy situations – though at this point, he doesn't have a whole lot to lose…

Jon Snow

Did Jon's revivification lighten him up somewhat? He has definitely smiled a couple of times this series. It also seems that during his brief death stint he aquired the Westerosi equivalent of a man bun. Way to remain annoying and unpopular, Jon Snow!
