Since setting up shop a tantalizing street away from Esquire HQ two years back, we’ve watched the up-and-coming men-only clothiers at Albam jump from strength to sartorial strength. This month however, the Nottingham-founded, once mail-order company is set to branch out from its Soho locale with a brand new store in East London’s Spitalfields Market.
Thanks to its vaguely Scandinavian, rag-tag approach, expect to find the usual mix of soft cotton shirts, paired-down sweats and tapered denim chinos.
We're equally partial to their unassuming range of accessories - the dense, dark tan chukka boots and multi-coloured range of soft suede wallets look set to be another hit in what could prove a long-running addiction. Teo van den Broeke
