The Open at Turnberry is not the only major event in golf today, as Esquire can testify. While Tiger Woods and the world's best are doing battle on the west coast of Scotland, the cream of Britain's celebrity golfers will be fighting it out at the Leuka Mini Masters hosted by Dougray Scott.

For the second year running, Esquire has been heavily involved in this leukaemia charity fund raiser that cheekily describes itself as ‘Golf’s 5th major meets the summer’s best garden party”. Held at Dukes Meadows, London's top par-3 course, the Leuka Mini Masters features golf played to music, on-course bars, a big screen, TV tower, live commentary and gourmet food and drink courtesy of acclaimed Kiwi chef Peter Gordon. The event has been described as "The future of golf" (James Nesbitt), "Genius" (Johnny Vaughan) and "Seriously spot on" (Gianluca Vialli).
