Best known for producing extraordinarily thin timepieces (the Altiplano '900p' is officially the thinnest mechanical watch in the world) Piaget is one of the most celebrated watch brands out there.

Excitingly enough then, today Piaget launched its brand new steel timepiece, the 'Piaget Polo S', which – unlike many of the marque's more complicated watches – comes complete with a surprisingly accessible price tag. It's a snip at £7,850.

Containing the 1160P movement and the Piaget Polo S Chronograph movement, the automatic watch comes complete with either a blue, silvered or slate-grey dial, while the chronograph comes with a silvered or blue dial.  The cushion shaped case is 42mm and there's even a sapphire case-back. What more could you want for a supremely luxury watch for under 10 grand? Not much we reckon.
