Our latest issue features a seven-page fashion story that was shot in Tod’s sumptuous Milanese HQ. The Italian men who took part are not models, but professionals and creatives who also feature in a beautiful new book that was commissioned by Tod’s CEO Diego Della Valle.

The book, Italian Touch, was written by style journalist Donata Sartorio and is illustrated with photographs by Paolo Leone. Della Valle wanted the book to capture both the beauty of Italy, in terms of its landscape and architecture, and the essence of relaxed Italian chic.

These ambitions were amply achieved by photographing naturally stylish Italian families from all over the Bel Paese in their own homes. We heartily recommend the book, with one caveat: it may inspire feelings of intense envy. £65, published by Skirà and distributed by Thames & Hudson
