The Bloomsbury Hotel opened its doors earlier in the summer following a multi-million pound investment and has just added an outside terrace to its bar and restaurant.

The 153 room hotel - down the road from the British Museum so well-positioned for Covent Garden, Soho and Clerkenwell - has the Landseer British Kitchen as its main restaurant, named after Victorian architect, Sir Edwin Landseer Lutyens and offering a hearty British menu featuring locally sourced produce, the brainchild of consultant chef John Wood and executive head chef Paul O’Brien.

If it's al fresco you're after though, the new terrace is a secluded spot to enjoy a drink or snack ordered from the wood-panelled Landseer Bar.
