Iconic watch brand OMEGA has opened a seventh boutique in London.
To mark the occasion, Captain Gene Cernan – the eleventh and last man to walk on the moon – attended the opening, arriving in his lunar rover and becoming the first guest to be given a tour.
Situated on Sloane Street, in the heart of Knightsbridge, the latest collection of OMEGA timepieces are showcased across two storeys and 360sqm of space.
The basement floor is exclusive to VIP customers only who will be treated to private customer service – as well as a look at the lab designed for the in-house watchmaker.

OMEGA’s vice President Raynald Aeschlimann was in attendance: “Knightsbridge is an iconic shopping destination, and home to some of the most renowned brands in the world. We look forward to offering the OMEGA retail experience in this beautiful part of London."
The boutique presently houses a special presentation of the current Speedmaster collection – which was worn by Cernan on the moon – in honour of his visit to London.
