Peters, who played Nurse Patricia Fearing in the 1965 movie, was the first Bond girl to actually take her clothes off on screen.

It sparked controversy and almost earned the film an 'X' rating. Several scenes in the film were cut by the British Board of Film Classification after being deemed too racy for viewers.

Following her role in Thunderball, Molly's acting credits include 1966's TV movie Das Experiment and crime film Target for Killing, followed by 1967 TV series Armchair Theatre and Baker's Half Dozen. Her final acting role was in 1968 movie Don't Raise the Bridge, Lower the River.
