If you're looking for an opportunity to pay your respects to Hollywood icons Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds, you'll be pleased to hear that you can do so digitally very soon.
According to TMZ, the public memorial service for the two Hollywood icons is to be live-streamed on Star Wars actress Carrie and Singin' in the Rain star Debbie's websites.
The service will be held in LA on 25 March in a 1,200-seat theatre at Forest Lawn cemetery, where mother and daughter were laid to rest in January.
So if you're a fan but can't quite afford that hefty plane ticket to California, you'll have the chance to be part of the send-off via the power of the internet.
Much like their private funeral back in January, Carrie and Debbie's public memorial is set to be a star-studded affair.
Although he won't be singing live, James Blunt will be unveiling a new song dedicated to his late friend (did you know Carrie was godmother to James's daughter?). According to TMZ, the music will play over what will surely be a fabulous photo montage of the two leading ladies over their lifetimes.
The real VIP, though, is without a doubt Carrie's beloved dog Gary, who will reportedly play an important role on the day.
And just when you think it couldn't get any better - not only will there be a dance tribute from the Debbie Reynolds Dance School, but the Gay Men's Chorus of Los Angeles will also be performing. A selection of movie memorabilia will be on display, too, so keep your eyes peeled for lightsabers and rain jackets.
Family members including Carrie's daughter and Debbie's granddaughter Billie Lourd will be present – while Meryl Streep, Courtney Love and Gwyneth Paltrow are just a few of the big names who attended the private funeral at the Fisher family home, so it's likely there will be some famous faces in the crowd this time around.
Carrie's brother and Debbie's son Todd announced plans for a joint memorial service earlier in the year, saying: "We will be celebrating their lives with friends, family members, and the people who loved them, you. The service will begin at 1:00 PM and immediately afterwards, those who want to walk to their final resting place are welcome to do so.
"There are a limited number of seats available, and it will be on a first come first come, first seated basis... There will be room for overflow in the huge lobby as well as the outside with screens to watch and hear the service."
It's unsurprising that the event is filled with quirks befitting Carrie's personality. You may remember that her ashes were placed in a giant Prozac pill which her brother Todd described as her "favourite possession". And she once asked of all obituary writers that "no matter how I go, I want it reported that I drowned in moonlight, strangled by my own bra".
Fisher died aged only 60 on 27 December, 2016, a few days after going into cardiac arrest on a transatlantic flight from London to Los Angeles.
The following day, her 84-year-old mother Debbie Reynolds had a fatal stroke. Announcing her death, Todd Fisher simply said: "She wanted to be with Carrie."
