Now that Star Wars: The Last Jedi is out on home release, fans have been pouring over every frame to find new information as we wait for Episode 9.

Sometimes that turns out to be a slightly unfortunate bit of new information, like this fan pointing out a continuity error as Rey and Kylo Ren take on a room full of Praetorian guards, just after Kylo turns on his master, Supreme Leader Snoke.

You'll remember the seriously cool lightsaber kill, but you might not remember that Rey was actually taking on a guard with two weapons, only for one to disappear when surely they could have just stabbed Rey in the back.

We'd have loved to see the reaction from certain fans if they followed up Snoke's surprise death and that whole revelation about Rey's parents with Rey's death at the hands of an anonymous Praetorian guard.

The internet might literally have broken.

Talking of Rey's parents, Simon Pegg has recently been speaking about how JJ Abrams's original idea for her parents was changed by The Last Jedi.

"I know what JJ kind of intended, well, at least what was sort of being chucked around. I think that's kind of been undone slightly by the last one. There was some talk about, you know, a kind of relevant lineage for her," he claimed.

"But I honestly don't know, and I don't know if anybody knows. We shall see."
