Are you geeking out yet? Specifically, are you obsessing about all the juicy tidbits thrown out about some of Netflix’s hottest shows, as part of their Geeked Week? Because parts of the internet are going wild - especially for brand new information on the hit series The Umbrella Academy.

New intel on the comedy superhero series is one of the big pulls of Geeked Week - described by the streamer as “a five-day virtual fan-facing event revealing first looks, exclusive news, new trailers and celebrity appearances” - and so far what we’ve been told hasn’t disappointed.

As the series is due for an up-coming third season - mooted for transmission later this year - as a teaser, all 10 episode names have been now revealed, by the showrunner, Steve Blackman, leaving just enough space for super-fans to start speculating on all the best theories that could come true in the Elliot Page-fronted show.

If you remember, the last season ended with (***spoilers ahead***) Ben stopping Vanya from blowing up the FBI building, The Handler trying to bring Harlan over to the dark side and Lila was told that The Handler had Five kill her biological parents. Axel then killed The Handler, leaving Lila to escape - but will she be with The Academy or against them when she returns? And what about the group of other children born on the same day, revealed to be in The Sparrow Academy?

So without further ado - let’s get deep on the Reddit fan page and geek out on the newly-revealed episode titles and what they all could mean:

Episode 1: 'Meet The Family'

Our hunch says that this is when we’ll finally get to meet the new Hargreeves siblings of the Sparrow academy, all the cast and characters, including a mysterious floating cube called...Christopher. Interested to see where this goes.

Episode 2: 'The World’s Biggest Ball of Twine'

Hmmm, a literal or metaphorical title? Is one of the gang going to be stuck in a massive ball of string? Or are one of the characters going to be stuck in a tricky situation that seems impossible to get out of?

Episode 3: 'Pocket Full of Lightning'

This could be revealing another character’s superpower, suggests one viewer: “Maybe either Harlan, the Main Villain/A Villain, or perhaps one of the Sparrow Academy Members has a Lightning Related Power?”

Episode 4: 'Kugelblitz'

And this is where Google handily comes in. Kugelblitz - *pushes reading glasses up the bridge of nose* - is “a black hole formed from radiation as opposed to matter. Such a black hole would nonetheless have properties identical to one of equivalent mass and angular momentum formed in a more conventional way, in accordance with the no-hair theorem.” Clear? Yep, as mud.

Episode 5: 'The Kindest Cut'

The first cut is the deepest, sang Cat Stevens, but this is going to be an episode about the kindest. Quick and relatively painless? Organ donation? Euthanasia? Ideas for this one push everything wide open, really.

Episode 6: 'Marigold'

We’ve already been told what Marigold is - the particles of energy that flew out of Sir Reginald Hargreeves' jar during that and that what ended up giving the siblings their powers - but it looks like we’re about to be given a deeper crash course in the phenomenon.

Episode 7: 'Auf Wiedersehen'

One brainbox revealed: “Auf Wiedersehen means “goodbye” in German”, yeah, we get that much, thanks. But as the second title in German, we’re guessing that means there’s going to be a big Germanic theme/storyline in the new series. One person commented: “I was thinking that Klaus could be originally from Germany because of his name and he speaks a few German phrases, maybe those episodes are about him!”. Another added: “It also fits with Klaus having ‘goodbye’ tattooed on his hand.” Well spotted.

Episode 8: 'Wedding at the End of the World'

Who doesn’t love an apocalyptic wedding? It could be any pair of the crew getting hitched, but the ‘heads over at Reddit jumped on one couple straight away: Five and Delores. “Gives me Five and Delores vibes” said one commentator, while another added: “That’s what I thought too!” while somebody else said; “excited af for this, best ship”. Elsewhere, there’s also a few bets on the nuptials being focused on Alison and Luther.

Episode 9: 'Six Bells'

Someone thinks they’ve got this all figured out: “The “Six Bells” probably are meant to reference Ben, and perhaps their decision on whether to return to their Old Timeline, or to keep this one with Ben currently alive, albeit less kind/nice.” Yep, this one’s got legs. Series creator Steve Blackman said previously that the title of this episode will make sense to fans after they've watched season three. Well, you’d certainly hope so.

Episode 10: 'Oblivion'

Not just an excellent Grimes song, but what’s likely to be the bombastic ending to season three. One fan suggested: “Wonder if this is a reference to the third volume “Hotel Oblivion”... Maybe the show will introduce the hotel?”, which other viewers liked the sound of. Someone else speculated: “Mmm, oblivion. Someone’s gonna destroy the world againnnnn…”

As Blackman added: “It's going to go crazy in Season 3! Buckle up.” Consider us well and truly buckled.
