By After the sad news that Hollywood legend Burt Reynolds has passed away at the age of 82, there's another little twinge of regret as it turns out that Reynolds hadn't filmed his scenes for Quentin Tarantino's star-stuffed Once Upon A Time In Hollywood before he died.
A source has told the Hollywood Reporter that while Reynolds had been cast and attended table reads ahead of rehearsals and shooting, he hadn't yet shot his scenes as George Spahn, the owner of the ranch Charles Manson and his followers lived on.
Once Upon A Time follows the story of the Manson murders through two jobbing actors who happen to live next door to Manson's victim, Sharon Tate. Reynolds' niece Nancy Lee Hess said yesterday that he had been "looking forward to working with Quentin Tarantino, and the amazing cast that was assembled" before he died.
