Apple announced Thursday that its annual Apple event would be held 12 September. So, mark your calendars. That's when they'll announce all their groundbreaking new tech, like emojis that mimic your face. But for all the extremely eager Apple enthusiasts, 9to5Mac got its hands on photos of the new iPhone. Thank god for strategic leaks.

This new iPhone is reportedly called the iPhone XS. Obviously, the iPhone XS is to the iPhone X as the iPhone 7S is to the iPhone 7. Still, we'll all be reading that as "extra-small."

The iPhone XS is not small, though. It will reportedly come in two screen sizes: 5.8-inch and 6.5-inch, both with OLED screens like the iPhone X. The iPhone X has a 5.8-inch screen, so that 6.5-inch option will be the biggest Apple phone yet. And Apple will also debut a brand new gold color for the XS, as you can see above.

Keep in mind this is all based on leaks. We won't know for sure until 12 September. Happy waiting.
