Somehow, between all the palaver about the de-ageing technology and the never-ending barney over Martin Scorsese's plan to buy up every single piece of Marvel merchandise so he can hurl it into an industrial wood chipper, The Irishman still isn't due to hit Netflix for a month.

However, we do have a brand new 90-second snippet of the 210-minute epic to pore over. In it, Al Pacino's Jimmy Hoffa is grouching at upstart union rival Tony Pro, played by Stephen Graham. They're round Tony's neck of the woods in Miami, and Hoffa takes issue with Tony's extremely Seventies short-sleeved-shirt-and-shorts combo, and also with his timekeeping.

Some vintage Pacino lip-licking and curmudgeonly ticking off there, not to mention a beautiful example of Robert De Niro's face-stretching smile. Lovely stuff. The Irishman will have a short run in cinemas from 8 November, and you can watch the full new clip here.
