While his wife, Meghan Markle, heads to Canada to get a jump on the couple's new, non-royal life, Prince Harry has stayed back in England, where he's taken a refreshingly old-school approach to all the family drama he finds himself in – a night down the pub.

After a week official event (and attempts to swerve questions about his decision to step down as a senior member of the royal family), he wisely rounded up a bunch of his mates for an evening that we can all agree he was in very much in need of.

The prince was reportedly spotted at Fulham's Brook House Pub this week, according to The Sun's Fabulous Digital. "He seemed very happy, relaxed," said an onlooker. "He was sat in the middle of seven guys and they spent a good few hours laughing and joking." The duke had, they added, "enjoying a few beers and a meal with his pals." It's been a stressful fortnight, so it's heartwarming to know that the prince has the same solution to domestic dramas as almost every other man in Britain.

This weekend, Harry and Meghan announced that they'll be giving up their HRH titles (that's 'His' and 'Her Royal Highness') although they will still be referred to as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. The pair also shared a statement from Queen Elizabeth on Instagram which revealed, "Following many months of conversations and more recent discussions, I am pleased that together we have found a constructive and supportive way forward for my grandson and his family." The queen continued, "It is my whole family's hope that today's agreement allows them to start building a happy and peaceful new life."
