Academy Award winner Jennifer Lawrence has hit another career milestone today: her first Razzie nomination.
Yes, the nominations are in for the 38th Golden Raspberry Awards, a ceremony that honours the very worst that the film industry had to offer in 2017, and J-Law has earned a nod in the Worst Actress category for her work in Darren Aronofsky's intense psychological thriller mother!.
So, er, congrats Jen?
Jennifer will be going up against the likes of Katherine Heigl, Emma Watson and Tyler Perry for the Worse Actress award, while director Aronofsky and her co-star Javier Bardem also got nominated for their work on the film (although, to be fair, Bardem's Worst Supporting Actor nod also comes for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales too).
Still, only three nominations for mother! isn't too bad, as Transformers: The Last Knight leads the nominations with nods in nine categories, while Fifty Shades Darker isn't too far behind with eight nominations.
Both Transformers and Fifty Shades will go head-to-head in the Worst Picture category, facing competition from The Emoji Movie, Baywatch and The Mummy too.
The winners of the 2018 Razzies will be announced on 3 March, a day before this year's Oscars ceremony celebrates the best in cinema in 2017.
