It feels like it's been years since Disney announced the actor who would play young Han Solo. But really it's only been about six months and a lot of drama. Last summer, Disney fired Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, who started directing Solo: A Star Wars Story, before getting fired by Kathleen Kennedy over "creative differences."
Finally, the first Solo: A Star Wars Story teaser dropped during the Super Bowl, and it features a major twist. Young Han Solo was applying for a job as a pilot for the Empire. Was he working undercover? Was he just a jaded recruit? Well, we'll find out soon enough.
