Not that you couldn’t have guessed based on the appearance of Gerard Butler, a man who has Seen Some Shit over the past decade. Adapted from the Don Keith and George Wallace’s 2012 novel Firing Point, Butler plays a submarine captain on a mission to rescue the Russian president and avoid WW3 by firing torpedoes at everything in sight.
Gary Oldman’s in it too, alongside Linda Cardellini, Michael Nyqvist and Common. It comes from the producers of Fast and Furious and Olympus Has Fallen.
