Now that Rio's out and Woody's proved Americans can kick in a straight line, things are looking a little testier for England come the weekend. Still, they'll be pleased to know Noel Gallagher's paying close attention to their progress. As the clip above shows, "Stop Crying Your Heart Out" has been a nice little earner during a former failed World Cup campaign, so an emotional exit could be just the thing to keep the Gallagher kids in mini mod clobber for a few more years.

But underneath all the talk of "fuckin' big fairies" and "ker-ching", Noel's a generous soul, so his people have talked to our people and sorted out five copies of the new singles collection, Time Flies... 1994-2009, out on 14 June, for us to give away. Two lucky winners will also receive an Oasis-branded Wowee One speaker each, which can be plugged into a laptop or iPhone to turn any flat surface into a bass amplifier.

To enter, email your name and address to online@esquire.co.uk with "Oasis competition" in the subject head by midday on 18 June 2010. For a list of terms and conditions, see the bottom of the page. For more information on the band, visit www.oasisinet.com
