Since their romance was announced last month, the world has been watching the developing relationship between Prince Harry and Suits actress Meghan Markle with fascination.
But while this curiosity reached extreme levels, turning in some instances into harassment - causing the Prince to release an unusual statement asking everyone to lay off his new girlfriend and her family - it seems the couple are becoming more and more comfortable with publicly displaying their relationship.
Because Harry and Meghan have been pictured for the first time in public this week, it was exclusively revealed by The Sun, as they took a trip to the theatre in London's West End to see play Peter Pan Goes Wrong. The couple, making a low key outing with just one Royal minder, were happy to sow their affection publicly, walking hand-in-hand through Piccadilly on their way to the show.
And according to a source, while Harry is concerned about maintaining the couple's privacy, he doesn't want to let it prevent them from doing normal things people in relationships do. The insider told The Sun: "Harry has said his privacy is important to him but they are clearly not afraid to be seen in public together."
The same source has indicated that the couple are taking their relationship, which is reported to have started in June, very seriously.
"They are clearly crazy about each other and have told friends they are very much in love," the source said.
While last night's theatre outing was the first time the couple have been pictured together - and you can view those pictures here - they were also spotted getting a Christmas tree together in Battersea Park.
Worker Ollie Wilkinson told The BBC what happened when the couple came to buy a 6-foot tree, and he offered Meghan some mistletoe.
"I said 'would you like this mistletoe' and she [Meghan] said 'yes that would be great.'
"He [Harry] then squeezed one of the berries on it and was like 'I find this stuff weird' and then she was like 'oh, I really like it'.
"Then he walked off with the tree on his shoulder, holding her hand, and she was holding in her other hand a bunch of mistletoe."
Ah, it makes you feel all warm inside, doesn't it?
Let's hope Meghan and Harry's relationship continues differently to how it began, without the intense privacy invasion. Because they seem nice together, don't you reckon?
