After three years of marriage, Scarlett Johansson has announced her divorce from French journalist Romain Dauriac.
While the divorce was filed on Tuesday, it's reported that the couple had been separated since last summer; with the soon-to-be Ghost in the Shell star recently saying that it isn't "natural" to be monogamous.

Speaking to Playboy, she said: "I think the idea of marriage is very romantic; it's a beautiful idea, and the practice of it can be a very beautiful thing. I don't think it's natural to be a monogamous person," she said.
"I might be skewered for that, but I think it's work. It's a lot of work. And the fact that it is such work for so many people - for everyone - the fact of that proves that it is not a natural thing.
"It's something I have a lot of respect for and have participated in, but I think it definitely goes against some instinct to look beyond."
Having begun dating in 2012, the couple got engaged a year later and married in October 2014 shortly after the birth of their daughter.
Last year Johansson told Cosmopolitan: "We're both street rats. Being a New Yorker is a part of your personality, and he grew up in the heart of Paris. Just surviving the urban jungle is character building. It stays with you forever."
Unlike marriage, sadly.
