The newest trailer for Tim Burton's Alice In Wonderland has been released, and we remain cautiously optimistic, even if Johnny Depp's Mad Hatter looks a little bit like his Willy Wonka and the marching playing cards call to mind PC games from the early Nineties. Or maybe that's just us.
Still, we like the look of the thing — all craggy windmills and psychedelic toadstool fields — we're excited about Matt Lucas's Tweedledum and Tweedledee, and can't help but be pleased that Alice is now of marriageable age and played by pale-and-interesting beauty, Mia Wasikowska. Other roles to look out for are Michael Sheen as the White Rabbit, Stephen Fry as the Cheshire Cat and the inspired casting of Barbara Windsor as The Dormouse.
Alice In Wonderland is out in cinemas on 5 March.
