Whenever an über-rare or unreleased album from a much-loved group goes up for auction, music fans across the world join hands and pray that Martin Shkreli isn't reaching for his chequebook.
Luckily for Nirvana devotees, he steered clear of the Seattle band's long-lost sessions that recently surfaced on eBay. And luckier still, the eventual buyer has decided to upload the precious reel to YouTube.
Recorded on 15 February 1993, at Pachyderm Studios, Minnesota, these session demos (and the many others floating around) are as close as we'll ever get to hearing a fourth Nirvana album.
The reel has 7 previously unreleased recordings, including two versions of 'Dumb', three versions of 'Mariogold', and two completely new songs (featuring Kurt Cobain on drums).
Check out two below, and the entire recording here.
