Nathaniel Rateliff's new album In Memory of Loss might just be the perfect Monday morning soundtrack, dragging you reluctantly but gently into the working week.

It's heartfelt and honest and all those other adjectives that often get asscribed to folk albums but rarely as succssfully as they are here. With whispers of Nick Drake, Crosby, Still and Nash and Neil Young, the album is nostalgic without sounding dated.
