A gentleman never reveals his age (in our book at least), but we're willing to break with tradition as it's Esquire's 20th birthday in a few months time, and we're currently cooking up an array of ways to celebrate.
In anticipation, we've been leafing through the pages of Esquires past, and in our search we've come across some covers awesome, and others not so (think a close-up on an unairbrushed Paul Merton). One of our favourites has to be this cover from the state-side version of Esquire, and what with Hallow's Eve on the horizon, we thought we'd help get you lot in the mood.
If you plan on celebrating the festival of fake blood and happy slapping, "The Last Legs Veterinary Clinic" is one of the most intriguing events we've come across. The latest project from The Robin Collective, the clinic will take place in a secret location across the weekend and will feature, and we quote "haunted house funeral hymns, pet-inspired prizes, Hapsburg absinthe, unlucky rabbits' feet and Bompas & Parr bleeding jelly". Wonderful.
The Last Legs Veterinary Clinic tickets are £8, to book visit www.therobincollective.co.uk
