Jack Gleeson—who played the infamous King Joffrey Baratheon before he was poisoned at his own wedding in Season 4 of Game of Thrones—doesn't like watching himself on-screen. For that reason, he's never seen Game of Thrones...but he does believe in a fan theory of how it will end.

According to MTV News, Gleeson said at New York Comic Con over the weekend that, although he "know[s] zero" about the show, a fan told him a "cool idea" of how the remaining characters will defeat the White Walkers:

"This isn't a spoiler, because I know zero about the show and I literally know nothing about what will happen. [A fan] came up with this theory that they told me…someone's going to melt down the Iron Throne because it has the Valyrian steel that will overcome the White Walkers. I think that's kind of a cool idea — the monarchy is literally dissolved."

Pretty legit. Gleeson may end up watching the series, especially now that he's no longer on it—an outcome that he's happy about, by the way.

"My dad always said you should never be the last to leave a party," he said at NYCC. "Then everyone is sleepy and cranky, and it's awful. You should leave late but not too late so that the energy is still there. I feel like I left at the right time."

Perhaps we should all leave a party by pretending to be poisoned to death, huh?
