Game Of Thrones Is Looking For Two New Actors To Start Season 8 Filming In November

Do these casting notes hold any clues?

There has already been plenty of speculation about what Season 8 of Games of Thrones will bring, and it looks as though two new characters are about to be thrown into the mix.

Game Of Thrones fansite Watchers on the Wall, have got their hands on the casting notes for the next season and one of the descriptions sounds a lot like another Lyanna Mormont.

Both of the roles are for children. One is a straight-talking 8-year-old Northern Girl who has been bought up in a family of soldiers. It is said to be a "very nice stand-out part for a strong-minded young girl with a fighting spirit." The other casting is for agile 8 to 12 year-old boy, who is from a poor background but is fighting to make his way back into the world and can "completely own the scenes that he appears in".

The young girl could be part of the Mormont family? Or another Northern family who are about to be part of the White Walkers trail of destruction as they move South. Another speculation is a flashback scene, as the character's description fits the bill of Lyanna Stark quite nicely.

As for the young boy, he sounds likely to be popping up in the Westerosi capital King's Landing where most of GoT's 'poor children' reside, or perhaps even Essos.
