Sophie Turner, AKA Sansa Stark from Game of Thrones, has called for rude and obsessive fans to give the Stranger Things child actors a break.

Turner, who first starred in GoT at 14-year-old, launched into a string of tweets after seeing adults waiting outside the kids' hotel and shouting at them for not stopping for an autograph.

Last weekend, Finn Wolfhard, 14, who plays Mike Wheeler in the show, revealed how a model had made inappropriate sexual comments on his Instagram. The rest of the young cast range from 13 to 16-year-old.

Turner spoke her mind on Twitter, saying: "Imagine you, a parent, walking with your 13-year-old son/daughter and seeing a fully grown adult pointing their camera phone .. at your kid," she wrote.

"You would do anything you could to delete that person's photograph, and remove your child from that situation as soon as you could."
