In May it was revealed that the part of a "young boy with a Northern accent and green eyes" was being cast – widely assumed to be the young New Startk – and now we know who landed one of plummest roles in TV: 13-year-old Sebastian Croft, an experienced theatre actor who has appeared in West End productions of Matilda and Les Miserables.

What does this tell us? Well, it would back up the notion that we're going to be seeing flashbacks of Ned's deceased sister Lyanna, as well as the Tower of Joy – a famous book location (more on how that links to Jon Snow and some other Season 6 theories here).

...and not that we've ever stared adoringly into Bean's eyes, but we can confirm they are green. All but confirmed, if you ask us.

Forget winter; young Ned Stark flashbacks are coming.
