When you have young children, how exactly do you explain to them the shitshow that is the 2016 election? That's what Colin Farrell discussed when he stopped by Ellen on Thursday.
Farrell has a 7-year-old son named Henry who has been closely following the election. "He's kind of a little bit over it now. He just wants to know why everyone's being so mean to each other," Farrell said.
But when Trump's 2005 comments to Billy bush about grabbing women "by the pussy" hit the media, Farrell had to figure out a way to describe this to his very attentive son—and he landed on all fours.
"I've had to explain to him why Trump keeps on being mean to kittens," Farrell told Ellen. "He just keeps grabbing those kittens."
Well, that's one way to do it.
