Katy Perry has the eye of the tiger and, apparently, the kick of Cristiano Ronaldo.

During a performance of her song, 'Roar,' at a concert for her Witness tour in Salt Lake City, Friday, Katy got caught up in the moment and accidentally kicked one of her giant eyeball beach balls on stage, and straight into a fan's face, Mashablereports.

"I didn't realize that she was kicking it right at my face until it was too late," concertgoer Jordan Hanks said in a clip of the incident posted on YouTube. "The ball hit me right square in the face and knocked my phone out of my hands."

Hanks also shared that he hadn't even planned to go to Perry's concert, but got the tickets last minute from a friend. He said he was pleasantly surprised when he got to Vivint Smart Home Arena and realised the seats were front-row. But Hanks had no idea just how close to the action they would really get.

"We ended up on the floor, right next to the stage," Hanks said. "The show was awesome, and I could tell when the finale was happening because there was a lot of buildup!"

What happened next was very unexpected, but Hanks said on Twitter and Facebook that it was "the single best moment of my life."

"I was so shocked and started laughing hysterically," Hanks added on YouTube. "Everyone around me asked me if I was okay and I was just laughing uncontrollably. My phone died shortly after, so once I got home and charged it I watched the video and it was hilarious."

Life comes at you pretty fast sometimes, etc.
