Asif Kapadia co-wrote and directed his epic debut feature THE WARRIOR (FilmFour) in 2002. Since then, he has won universal acclaim for his documentaries SENNA, AMY and, this year, DIEGO MARADONA, which was constructed from over 500 hours of never-before-seen archival footage from the legend's personal archive. In a rare onstage interview, R.E.M’s Michael Stipe and Mike Mills will be speaking at Townhouse to mark the 25th anniversary reissue of their ninth album ‘Monster’, an album released in a seminal year for music and which saw the band at the height of their powers.

Miranda Sawyer is an English journalist and broadcaster. She is a regular arts critic in print, on television and on radio. Her recent book, Out of Time, was published by Fourth Estate/HarperCollins. She is currently writing her third book. She broadcasts on Radio 4 and for The Culture Show (BBC TV). She is on the board of Tate Members, the South London Gallery and Sound Women.
