Tom Hardy's got a lot of tattoos. Some of them are great, some of them are a little weird, and at least one of them is terrible.
And now we've finally caught a glimpse of it, after photographer Andrew Calisterio shared a selfie of himself and Tom on Instagram – and the all-important tattoo.
If you look closely (really closely), you'll be able to see the words "LEO" and "ALL" on Tom's arm, and while that might seem strange, there's actually a great story behind it.
Hardy told us in a 2016 interview about a little wager he and his Revenant co-star Leonardo DiCaprio took part in ahead of the Oscars.
Legend has it that Tom was convinced Hardy would bag an Oscar nomination, but Tom thought otherwise – so they had a bet, with a tattoo of the winner's choosing being the prize. Luckily for us, Tom did get nominated.
Leo's artistic choice? A tattoo saying 'Leo knows everything' in "really shitty handwriting". "I was like, 'OK, I'll get it done, but you have to write it properly'."
We're guessing he did, then.
