Chris Hemsworth and his stunt double have both packed on an inordinate amount of muscle over the last year—even by Asgardian standards—and the actor is arguably the most jacked he has ever been. Hemsworth has documented this mission to get into the best possible shape on his Instagram, where he shares clips from his gruelling training sessions, and he will further explore a number of extreme ways to boost health, fitness and longevity as the host of the upcoming documentary series Limitless.

Additionally, the Thor star frequently demonstrates entire workouts from his Centr app that are accessible for any level of fitness, from bodyweight routines that require no equipment, to medicine ball workouts and exercises that absolutely torch the upper body like battle ropes.

He has just shared another bodyweight circuit workout on his Instagram, demonstrating each move alongside trainer Luke Zocchi. This time around, he's upping the effectiveness of each exercise by pairing them up in a series of 5 supersets. You won't be counting your reps here, but rather performing each exercise for a short, specific window of time. Each superset lasts less than a minute, with 20 seconds of rest taken in between. The supersets are as follows:

  • 30 seconds of switches and 20 seconds of plank getups
  • 30 seconds of burpees and 20 seconds of toe crunches
  • 30 seconds of mountain climbers and 20 seconds of bent knee V-sits
  • 30 seconds of prisoner squats and 20 seconds of flutter kicks
  • 30 seconds of planking jack pushups and 20 seconds of jump lunges

When you have completed the routine, rest for 60 seconds, and then repeat the circuit 4 times.
