Chris Hemsworth has been sharing a lot of his workouts on social media lately, providing his fans with an insight into how he packed on muscle for the new Thor movie (in which he shows even more body than ever before) in addition to that as-yet-unfilmed Hulk Hogan biopic. There have been boxing drills, sled pulls, "monster" barbell programs, upper body burners, medicine ball routines, as well as more accessible bodyweight exercises.

In a new video on Instagram, the actor celebrates the release of his long-awaited Marvel sequel Thor: Love and Thunder with yet another workout, grunting and barking his way through an intense chest day routine taken from his health and fitness app Centr.

"We're about to roll into a heavy chest workout, lots of yelling, lots of screaming," he says in the video, in which he demonstrates each move with the help of trainer and Centr coach Luke Zocchi. "I don't care where you are, whether you're at home, on a bus, on a train, or on a plane, I want to hear you yelling! So move it, get involved!"

The workout is as follows:

  • Incline Chest Press (12 reps)
  • Seated Chest Press (12 reps)
  • Cable Flys (12 reps)
  • Wide Arm Pushups (10 reps)

Rest for 1 minute between circuits, and repeat for 4 rounds of each set. This should be a nice and challenging workout, even if you don't have Zocchi on hand to add more resistance to those pushups like Hemsworth.
