Chris Hemsworth has been in a giving mood recently, sharing some of the gruelling Hollywood workouts that have got him into arguably the greatest shape of his life ahead of the release of Thor: Love and Thunder, in which he'll play the epic Marvel hero for the ninth time.

Recently, we've had a superset bodyweight workout and an intense upper-body burner from the Thor actor. Today's offering, though, was a barbell complex, which as Hemsworth explains is, "One piece of equipment, 10 reps each exercise, all continuous."

The workout begins with 10 bicep curls, which Hemsworth does with an empty barbell, before transitioning to 10 overhead presses.

Next up, Hemsworth completes 10 tricep extensions, 10 back squats and 10 lunges, on each side of his body. He finishes the workout with 10 bent-over rows and 10 standing twists, again on both sides of his body.

"10 rounds of that, woohoohoo," he says as he completes the complex. We couldn't agree more. Note that Hemsworth doesn't let go of the bar here — and we challenge you to do the same. Not only will it smoke your arms throughout each movement, you'll build a stronger grip to boot.
