David Beckham hasn't played professionally for nearly a decade now, but he has maintained his famously lean, athletic physique and still looks ready to hit the pitch at 47. He frequently shares insights into his training routine on social media, posting clips of the workouts that help him remain in peak physical condition, including intense ab wheel sessions to help sculpt that six-pack, as well as resistance training and sprints.

Most recently, Beckham has teamed up with the popular celebrity trainer and F45 founder Gunnar Peterson to create his own F45 workouts inspired by his own fitness regimen and training experience from his football career.

"For me, training as part of a team has always been my favourite way to workout, and my DB45 programme is influenced by exercises I did as a professional football player," Beckham said in a press release. "F45 always brings innovative and effective workouts to the time table, and I’m excited for the F45 community to finally be able to try out mine."

Beckham—an investor in F45—can be seen demonstrating some of the multi-directional exercises from the cardio-heavy class in a new video on his Instagram. "Can't wait for you all to try it," he wrote.
