Harrison Ford is still in amazing shape at 81 years old, and during a recent appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, he revealed some new details about his workout and diet.

The veteran actor explained that he only goes to the gym ‘a bit’ and he mostly credits his buff appearance to a diet change that cut out meat and dairy. ‘[I’m eating] practically nothing,’ Harrison said as the audience laughed. ‘I eat vegetables and fish. It’s really boring.’

As Us Weekly reports, Ford further explained that he stopped eating meat because it wasn't good for him or for the environment. ‘I just decided I was tired of eating meat,’ he said. ‘And I know it’s not really good for the planet and it’s not really good for me.’

Although not one of his better-known roles, Harrison Ford fans will remember his turn in The Call of the Wild. In one of the movie's key scenes, the actor appears shirtless, but he told USA Today that he didn't require any digital enhancements or movie magic to show off his buff chest.

‘I was fit and it was very cold water. I’m healthy, I enjoy being active and fit. I’m aware of keeping my old (butt) in shape,’ Ford said.
