If there is one thing that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is known for besides his rigorous dedication to his training regiment, it's how much he enjoys his cheat days. In fact, the actor's cheat day faves have become an online phenomenon in their own right, with a number of fitness influencers attempting to eat like him, scarfing down as much pizza, sushi, and French toast as possible on YouTube.

"I love my cheat days, they have become legendary, which is a good thing," Johnson said in an interview with Delish last year. "I do believe in working hard throughout the week and earning your cheat meals at the end of the week."

Following on from a late-night workout where he absolutely lit up his triceps with a series of chained dips, Johnson indulged in a giant cheat day breakfast on Sunday morning, sharing his plate on Instagram: no fewer than 12 whole eggs and 5 large biscuits, which he proceeds to drown in honey. "Don’t cheat yourself, treat yourself," he said.

Johnson credits the homemade biscuits to Janette "Puttie" Clark, the private chef who is behind a lot of the cheat day treats that the actor shares on social media.

"He really has fun with food on his Sundays, and I am around to help with those meals," Clark told Men's Health last month. "I get to dream up the meals. He tells me what he wants, and then I get creative... I make a pretty good-sized pancake, and he can pretty easily get to four on a morning he’s in a mood to go in. I’ve made eight before for him, just in case he was feeling extra hungry. But I haven’t seen him finish eight."
