Conor McGregor had a not-so-subtle message for Floyd Mayweather Jr. when the pair met up in Los Angeles for a world press tour event promoting their upcoming brawl. Stitched into the pinstripes of McGregor's suit were the words "FUCK YOU" over and over again.
It was a brilliant move for the brash fighter, but perhaps an even smarter move for the designer, David August Heil. The suit kicked off a firestorm of publicity and to capitalise on that, David August is selling a small number of Limited Edition 'Eff You' Pinstripe 3-piece wool suits for a mere £5,000.
According to the sales listing, the suit will be custom fit to the owner and features French-facing construction, purple camouflage silk lining, and 1/16" hand-stitched detailing. It will take 12-15 weeks from the time of ordering to produce the suit, but for a piece of art like this, it's surely worth the wait.
Just make sure that whoever you wear it around either has very bad vision or a good sense of humour.
