Like many of you, I started to look at my life from a new perspective during lockdown. A lot of my everyday stresses were rendered insignificant, and I realised how important it was to focus on the important things. By which I mean: looking at nice cardigans, buying nice cardigans and, most crucially, wearing nice cardigans.
Which brings me to Tom Holland who, I’m delighted to report, was seen wearing a nice cardigan in New York yesterday.
The Uncharted actor slipped his outsized geometric knitwear over a grey t-shirt and under a mid-length houndstooth jacket (collar popped! It’s been a good year, he deserves it). The 25-year-old teamed it with some nice navy trousers, too, and we’ve only got good things to say about the wavy, ear-warming mop of hair he’s been sporting on this press run.
It's a good lewk, is what we’re saying. And while Eunice, Destroyer of Worlds, would make short work of it, the t-shirt-under-cardigan-under-wool jacket trifecta is still a great way to layer up for the last winds of winter – especially if you opt for one of those fluffy mohair cardigans we (for good reason) won’t stop banging on about.
