By David Beckham is no stranger to the flush lawns and chilled Pimms of SW19, with the former footballer turned fashion icon gracing the All England Club with a number of stylish looks over the years. We especially enjoyed the Bond-esque royal blue suit in 2017.
Today, heads were turned on Centre Court when Beckham filed into the Royal Box at Wimbledon to watch Simona Halep take on Elina Svitolina on the women's semi-final day. He joined an A-list crowd gathering ahead of Serena Williams' match that included Virgin founder Richard Branson, Cliff Richard, Maggie Smith and Claire Foy, as well as Beckham's personal guest of honour, his mum.
Demonstrating how to do separates stylishly, Beckham teamed a Ralph Lauren tan linen blazer with a striped blue shirt, black silk tie and charcoal trousers. He aced the accessories department too, with a pair of square framed black sunglasses, a checkered pocket square and a black Tudor watch.
While the Royal Box likely isn't a dress code you'll have to adhere to any time soon, Beckham showing how to look smart but keep cool in linen is something worth taking cues from with any formal summer occasion you might have on the horizon.
