Bad Bunny, Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber, Lewis Hamilton, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Lil Nas X, Cardi B. These are just a few of the famous names that regularly rep Entire Studios.

That's a pretty impressive list of patrons for a pandemic baby to boast.

Its brilliant brainfathers are New Zealand-born Angelenos Sebastian (Seb) Hunt and Dylan Richards, friends who met on Tumblr as teens and have shared a career trajectory ever since, which includes a spell at Yeezy.

Earlier this week, I swung by Selfridges London to meet Hunt who's in town for the Holidays.

I find him at Entire Studio's first European pop-up – its second pop-up ever – positioned on Floor One.

Here, a genderless line of off-white, blush pink and khaki-coloured pieces exclusively designed for the department store hangs from a brutalist stainless steel structure forged by another Kiwi, Leon McKay, founder of furniture workshop Saintleo.

As with all Entire collections, the outerwear — a trinity of voluminous dropped-shoulder ‘Pillow Bombers’ — stands out.

“Before starting the brand, we were celebrity stylists and we would come to London and shop here,” he says.

Shopping for clients, he means; seldom could they afford to purchase something for themselves. Hence, they established their very own affordable luxury label.

“Back then, we didn’t look like we were celebrity stylists because we didn't have the money to buy designer clothes. So, we decided to develop a brand that everybody can afford to wear.”

For context, Entire Studios' sells pieces for as little as £65 through the British retailer, and prices start at just £39 on its webstore.

Friend of the founders Kylie Jenner has adopted a similar pricing strategy for her new label Khy.

And for Khy Drop Two, Jenner officially collaborated with Entire on a range of genuinely inspired outerwear pieces available from just £105.

“She was just like, 'I love your jackets, and I want to do jackets',” shares Hunt.

To be fair, she was one of the first to rock Entire’s very first offering: the ‘PFD Puffer’.

“Some people might find it strange that we handed over the blueprint. But it’s Kylie Jenner – she embodies our brand really well, and she's always really supportive, so we're glad she came to us. It just made sense.”

As you'd hope, Hunt, too, embodies the label: sleek, cool, relaxed, a little edgy.

Today, he’s almost completely dripped out in Entire, looking every inch the industry insider that he is.

His Entire black nylon bomber, is layered over a Entire grey cotton hoodie, and a Entire grey cotton t-shirt – because “it's f****** freezing in London” – paired with some Entire just-baggy-enough black denim jeans from a drop coming in early 2024.

He promises me that the next time we meet he’ll be in nothing but Entire. “We're working on presenting our customers with every single thing. We're building an entire wardrobe.”

And, yes, that does means Entire socks and undies too.

The collection is also available on the Selfridges webstore while stock lasts.
