“There’s nothing like drinking rum in the sun,” says Fin Spiteri, manager at the cocktail bar and restaurant Quo Vadis in Soho.
“It makes me think of drinking mojitos at carnivals, or sipping cuba libres at barbecues with friends – good times, basically.”
Rum is also extremely versatile.
“There’s a massive difference between rums from Cuba and Jamaica, or Venezuela and Guatemala, so you can find one that really works for you.”
