A night out in... Liverpool

The best thing about going on a UK tour for our Best-dressed Man competition was getting to see the cities first-hand. But where to find the best in hotels, dining, and entertainment? Here's what we came up with in our first stop, Liverpool.

1 The Hotel - Hard Days Night Hotel
Situated in the heart of the city, you only have to step outside to visit the Cavern Club and the Albert Docks. The top-of the-range Lennon Suite even features an iconic white baby grand piano. Imagine. Luxury rooms from £110.00, book online or call +44 (0)151 236 1964

2 The Restaurant - The London Carriage Works
Home to 'Liverpool’s very own Food Champion', chef patron Paul Askew, this multi-award winning restaurant turns out the very best modern international dishes. Located on the prestigious Hope Street, you can enjoy free-range, locally-sourced fine-dining in style.

3 The Bar - Alma De Cuba
Built into a stunning converted church, this superb bar and restaurant boasts live music, Brazilian dancers and a hefty cocktail menu. Combining Cuban, Hispanic and Latin American rhythms, they mix their music almost as well as they mix their drinks.

4 The Shop - Weavers Door
Based in The Cavern Walks, the good people at Weavers Door are passionate and perfectionist about sourcing their collection. 'Seeking style over fashion', this collective will certainly find something to suit you, whatever your individual look might be.

5 The Place - FACT (Foundation for Art and Creative Technology)
Paving the way for new film, media and art, FACT is great place to see an independent movie (with real silver screens), take in the latest exhibit, or check out the latest gizmo in the Interactive Media Lounge.
